An aggressive tech-focused strategy that usually holds leveraged Nasdaq exposure, but steps into bonds or even a bearish fund when market signals turn weak or unusually extreme.

This strategy mainly wants to own QLD, a fund that aims to deliver twice the daily move of the Nasdaq-100, a tech-heavy stock index. First it checks whether the overall U.S. stock market is in a healthy long-term trend using SPY vs its 200-day average. If yes, it holds QLD unless QLD looks too overheated, in which case it moves to long-term Treasury bonds (TLT). If the market trend is weak, it gets cautious. It may buy a dip in tech (QLD) or the broad market (SSO) only when the selloff looks bad but not catastrophic. If selling looks extreme, it hides in very short-term Treasury bonds (SHY). Otherwise it may hold QLD, bet against tech with QID, or sit in short-term bonds, depending on short-term trend and momentum.
