55% stays in short‑term US Treasuries (IEI, SHV) for stability. 45% is actively traded via two engines: • If commodities trend up (using DBC as a barometer), buy the 4 strongest commodity/thematic ETFs by recent performance. • Otherwise, a QQQ/tech engine buys dips (QLD/ROM), hedges or shorts when overheated (TLT/QID), and chooses safety (TLT/SHY) in weak markets. “RSI” is a simple hot/cold gauge; moving averages are trend checks.
