Cash-plus strategy: ~75% in T‑bill/ultra‑short bond ETFs; two 12.5% sleeves react to a hot/cold price gauge. They buy VIX ETFs when markets are very hot and TQQQ when tech is washed out; otherwise sit in cash or sometimes gold/commodities.

Goal: a cash-plus ride with small, tactical bets. About 75% stays in cash-like ETFs (BIL/GSY/PULS). Rebalanced daily. The two 12.5% sleeves use a simple hot/cold meter (RSI): • When stocks look very hot, buy small VIX ETFs (VXX/UVIX/VIXY) that can pop if markets wobble; else hold cash or sometimes GLD/SLV/PDBC. • If tech looks washed out, buy TQQQ (3x Nasdaq); if overheated, buy UVXY; else cash.
