Mostly cash‑like bonds with a small sleeve that turns on only at extremes: buy VIX when markets are too hot, buy 3x tech when too cold, otherwise sit in cash‑like funds (and occasionally gold/commodities). Rebalanced daily.

About 75% stays in ultra‑short, “cash‑like” bond ETFs (PULS, BIL, GSY). The other ~25% is tactical and rebalances daily using RSI—a 0–100 heat meter of recent price moves (high=overheated, low=washed‑out). When markets look too hot, it buys VIX funds (VXX/UVIX/VIXY) that jump if stocks fall. When they look too cold, it buys small slices of 3x tech (TQQQ/SOXL/TECL/FNGU). If neither, it sits in cash‑like funds or sometimes gold/silver/commodities.
