About

Rules-based, short-term strategy that switches between leveraged tech/high‑beta trades and safety/inverse funds. Uses quick strength checks of stocks vs Treasuries and recent volatility to buy dips or fade spikes. Very high risk.
NutHow it works
Step 1: Compare a short‑term “strength score” that compares recent up vs down days (RSI) for US stocks (SPY) to cash‑like T‑bills (TFLO). If stocks look stronger, split across 3 quick signals that flip between 3x tech/high‑beta bulls or bears using Treasuries‑vs‑stocks and volatility checks. If stocks look weaker, hold one high‑octane theme or inverse fund that just fell the most, aiming for a short bounce. Heavily uses 3x ETFs; very risky.
CheckmarkValue prop
Regime-switching, rules-based strategy aims for outsized gains: OOS annualized return ~37.7% vs SPY ~20.7%, via leveraged tech plays and safety hedges. Higher upside but larger drawdowns (~51%), suitable for risk-tolerant investors.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
