A high-risk market-timing strategy that makes aggressive bets on or against big U.S. tech stocks, using bonds and a defensive trend-following fund to decide when to go long, go short, or sit in cash-like Treasuries.

This strategy is a market-timing system centered on big U.S. tech stocks. It first checks whether the market looks healthy or defensive using bonds and bearish stock funds. Then it compares tech stocks (XLK) with KMLM, a fund that tends to do better in stressed, trend-driven markets. If conditions favor tech, it buys TQQQ, a very aggressive fund that aims to magnify gains in the Nasdaq-100. If conditions look shaky, it either hides in BIL (a cash-like Treasury fund) or buys SQQQ, a very aggressive fund that rises when the Nasdaq-100 falls.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
