This strategy is a market “traffic system.” It first checks for panic or overheating. If markets look stressed, it moves to very short-term Treasury funds or volatility funds. If not, it compares several mini-strategies and keeps the recent winners. A key signal is whether the broad bond market (BND) is acting better than T-bills (BIL). Stronger bonds usually allow more stock exposure; weaker bonds push it toward defense.
