A rules-based swing strategy that flips among cash/Treasuries, long volatility hedges, and high‑octane tech/semis. It uses simple overbought/oversold gauges and KMLM (managed‑futures) as a risk compass to decide risk‑on vs risk‑off.
NutHow it works
1) Safety brake: if short‑vol recently plunged, sit in T‑Bills (BIL). 2) If stocks look “too hot” (RSI = a hot/cold speedometer) on SPY/QQQ/Tech, buy long volatility (VIXY/UVXY). 3) If stocks look “washed out” (very low RSI), buy 3x tech/semis (TECL/SOXL/SPXL). 4) Otherwise, compare Tech vs KMLM (a diversified trend fund): pick risk‑on (tech/short‑vol) or risk‑off (KMLM, dollar, long/short, Treasuries/cash).
