Daily tactical plan using leveraged index funds. In calm uptrends it rides 3x S&P/Nasdaq and selectively buys dips; when risk rises or bonds weaken, it rotates to cash, Treasuries, long dollar, or other defensive funds. High return potential with high risk.

Each day it chooses offense or defense. If bonds look fine, it seeks growth with 3x S&P 500 (UPRO) and 3x Nasdaq‑100 (TQQQ): it favors the stronger one, sizes by recent volatility, and may buy sharp 5‑day dips. If volatility/drawdowns rise, it parks in T‑Bills (BIL) or uses a 55/45 mix of stocks (UPRO/TQQQ) and 3x Treasuries (TMF). If bonds are weak, it goes defensive: long U.S. dollar (USDU) plus short Nasdaq (SQQQ) or short Treasuries (TMV), or holds TMF/BTAL/XLP.
