In plain English: it’s a rulebook that always asks three things: 1) Are stocks hot or cold (a 0–100 “heat score” called RSI on SPY)? 2) Are long-term bonds rising or falling (TLT trend)? 3) Are commodities unusually jumpy (DBC vs SPY)? If stocks look healthy and bonds help, it buys one fast leader (3x tech/semis: TQQQ, SOXL, TECL). If stocks look too hot or weak, it flips to hedges (UVXY “fear,” or 3x inverse SQQQ/SOXS) or bond trades (TMF/TMV). It blends 5 speeds to smooth timing and aims to cut big losses.

High upside with risk controls: out-of-sample return ~50% annualized vs 21% for the S&P; Calmar ~1.03, Sharpe ~0.88. A multi-speed rotation that captures leaders and hedges losses—bear markets may still show larger drawdowns.
