A very aggressive market-timing strategy that rotates between volatility trades, leveraged tech bets, QQQ, and a bearish small-cap position based mainly on short-term heat checks and Nasdaq trend signals.
NutHow it works
This strategy first checks if the market looks unusually overheated using a short-term “speed” measure on the S&P 500, Nasdaq, value stocks, and a few sectors. If things look too hot, it buys UVXY, which tends to rise when market fear jumps. If not, it looks at the Nasdaq’s long-term trend. In strong trends it leans hard into leveraged tech funds; in weaker conditions it uses plain QQQ or a bearish small-cap fund.
