It’s a three-part, rules-based, leveraged playbook. It checks if stocks look “hot” or “cold.” When overheated, it shifts to a volatility spike hedge (UVXY) plus Treasuries/gold. When washed out or trending up, it leans hard into tech (TQQQ/SPXL). In weak/downtrending markets it prefers Treasuries or gold, and at times shorts tech. A small sleeve also trades bonds vs stocks tactically.
