A very aggressive market-timing strategy that swings between leveraged stock funds, crash hedges, Treasury bonds, gold, and bearish positions based on whether markets look overheated, weak, or in a trend.

This strategy splits money across 3 fast-moving sub-strategies. It first checks whether the stock market looks unusually overheated using a short-term “speedometer” called RSI, which measures how stretched recent price moves are. If markets look too hot, it moves into crash-protection positions like UVXY, which tends to jump when fear spikes, plus some long-term Treasury bonds and gold. If markets are not overheated, it rotates among leveraged funds tied to the Nasdaq and S&P 500, long-term Treasury bonds, gold, and sometimes bearish funds that profit when stocks fall. It uses trend, recent returns, bond-market strength, and a few defensive sectors to decide whether the environment looks bullish, cautious, or bearish.

Out-of-sample return ~20.9% vs SPY ~16.9%, driven by adaptive hedges (UVXY, gold, bonds) and dynamic tilts for higher upside. Diversified, leverage-enabled exposure with Calmar ~0.81, accepting larger drawdowns for stronger long-run gains.
