This strategy checks the market every day and shifts money based on whether stocks—especially tech and semiconductor stocks—look strong, overheated, weak, or ready to rebound. When conditions look good, it often buys turbocharged tech funds like TQQQ or SOXL. When conditions look dangerous, it may switch to cash-like T-bills, Treasury bonds, gold, managed futures (KMLM), volatility funds, or funds that rise when the market falls.
