Goal: ride rallies, buy sharp dips, sidestep big slides. ETFs used: UPRO (3x S&P 500), TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100), SPUU (2x S&P), IYW (US Tech), TMF/TYD (3x Treasuries), BIL/SGOV (T‑Bills). SPY/QQQ/SHY guide signals. Daily rules: • If calm and not falling: run ~55% stocks (split by recent stability) + 45% long Treasuries. • If volatile/weak: buy only after ~‑5% weekly dips; don’t chase >+5% one‑day pops; else sit in T‑Bills. Late‑Nov ETF swap helps tax‑losses.
