This strategy acts like an automated risk manager. It checks whether stocks look strong, weak, overheated, or panicky by using recent price trends and a “heat gauge” called RSI. When conditions look healthy, it buys stock funds—often tech-heavy ones. When markets look shaky, it shifts toward cash-like Treasury funds, bonds, gold, commodity funds, or protective bets that rise when stocks or volatility move the other way.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
