This strategy is a bundle of many mini-strategies. Most of them check whether markets look hot, weak, calm, or panicky using recent price behavior. If conditions look good, they often buy aggressive tech funds like TQQQ or SOXL. If conditions look dangerous, they rotate into safer areas like short-term Treasury funds, bonds, gold, managed-futures funds like KMLM, or funds that rise when stocks fall.
