An aggressive strategy that hunts for short-term rebounds in beaten-down stocks, switches to a volatility fund when markets look overheated, and otherwise rotates among tech, bonds, commodities, the dollar, and gold-related assets.
NutHow it works
This strategy splits money across 4 mini-systems. First, each looks for very stretched market moves: if tech or the S&P 500 look too hot, it buys UVXY, a fund that tends to rise when fear spikes. If tech, the S&P 500, or semiconductors look beaten down, it buys a leveraged stock fund for a rebound. If neither happens, it falls back to a rotating mix of tech, long-term bonds, commodities, the U.S. dollar, and gold-related stocks based on which area has been stronger lately.

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
