Each day it asks: Is the market trending up (S&P 500 above its 200‑day average)? Are tech/semis overheated or washed out (a simple “speed” gauge called RSI: high=too hot, low=oversold)? If trends are healthy it buys QQQ (big US tech) and semis on dips and trims/shorts after spikes. If trends weaken, it shifts to Treasuries, US dollar, staples, gold, or short funds. It also rotates into energy when oil is rising and adds small volatility hedges.
