This strategy checks whether the U.S. stock market looks healthy or shaky, mainly using SPY (an S&P 500 fund) as its guide. If conditions look good, it makes aggressive bets using leveraged funds tied to the S&P 500 or Nasdaq-100, and sometimes switches to fear-related funds when markets look overheated. If conditions look bad, it moves into safer assets like short-term Treasury bills, bonds, or gold.
