This strategy treats the stock market like changing weather. It watches how jumpy the S&P 500 has been, then asks: is that jumpiness getting worse or calming down? In calm markets it may own growth-heavy stocks like MGK. In rough markets it shifts toward defense using gold, Treasury bonds, utilities, staples, or short-term bond funds. In panic periods it can move mostly to very safe short-term holdings.
