About

A fast, tactical mix: times semiconductors with a simple ‘heat’ gauge (RSI) and adds a macro rotation across cash, USD, commodities, gold, and hedges. A small sleeve shifts to Costco/UnitedHealth or T‑bills when markets wobble. High risk.
NutHow it works
RSI = 0–100 ‘heat’ gauge of recent moves (high=overbought, low=oversold). The portfolio blends: 1) a semiconductor timer that flips between SOXL (3x semis bull) and SOXS (3x semis bear) using short‑term RSI on SOXX/SOXL; 2) a macro sleeve that rotates among BIL (T‑bills), SMH/SOXL (semis), DBC (commodities), UGL (2x gold), UUP/USDU (US dollar) and hedges SH/PSQ when SPY is very hot/cold, cross‑checked with IEF/SHY/VTI. A small “Meat Shield” holds COST/UNH unless stress, then BIL.
CheckmarkValue prop
RSI-driven semis timing with macro rotation and hedges delivers diversification and near-SPY returns, but with a distinct risk profile and built-in volatility guards. Note: drawdowns can be larger in stressed markets.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
