A Pershing Square stock clone with tactical hedging. When markets run hot, it adds a 20% volatility hedge (UVXY). If macro/oversold signals say “risk on,” it’s 100% stocks. If not, it shifts to inverse ETFs or T‑bills using simple momentum and bond checks.

It copies Bill Ackman’s core stocks (Alphabet, Hilton, Chipotle, etc.). RSI is a speedometer of recent moves: high = hot, low = washed‑out. If many indexes/sectors look hot, it stays 80% in those stocks and parks 20% in UVXY (a volatility bet). If shipping rates (BDRY) are firm or the S&P looks washed out, it goes 100% stocks. Otherwise it turns defensive: cash or inverse funds that rise when markets fall, guided by trend and bond‑vs‑stock checks.
