When the market looks unusually hot over the last 10 days, it keeps 80% in that basket and adds 20% to UVXY, a very aggressive fund that tends to jump when fear spikes. If the market has recently dropped hard, it shifts part of the money into very high-risk “bounce” trades using leveraged tech or inverse funds. In weaker markets, it may split money between the core stock basket and bearish hedge funds tied to the Nasdaq or S&P 500.
