About 3/4 sits in steady assets: 60% 3–7yr Treasuries (IEI) and 14% consumer staples (XLP). 9% goes to gold (GLD) only when its long‑term trend is up; otherwise it parks in IEI. The rest is a small tactical sleeve that, based on simple trend/overbought checks (moving averages and RSI), briefly tilts into tech (TQQQ/SOXL), bonds (TLT/TMF/TMV) or hedges (UVXY).
