It watches three dials each day: trend (is price above its recent average?), heat (RSI, a 0–100 ‘too hot/too cold’ gauge), and short‑term speed (recent % moves). Green dials → buy the strongest U.S. tech/semis via 3× funds (TQQQ, SOXL, TECL, SPXL/UPRO) or top mega‑caps. If things get too hot or drop fast, it rotates to T‑Bills (BIL/SHV), Treasuries (TMF/TMV), or protection (SQQQ/TECS/SOXS, VIX funds UVXY/VIXY). It rechecks and rebalances daily.
