About

Daily tactical plan: flee to T‑bills when the market’s fear gauge overheats; otherwise ride the strongest stock indexes with 3× funds when bonds are healthy; if not, buy the most beaten‑down defensive/real asset plus a tiny bond‑trend hedge. No K‑1.
NutHow it works
Each day it picks offense or defense. 1) If a “fear gauge” (a volatility fund) is running hot (a 0–100 speedometer of recent price moves reads >75), it parks in T‑bills (cash‑like). 2) Else if bonds beat cash over ~3 months, it buys the two strongest US stock indexes (Nasdaq 100, S&P 500, Dow 30, small‑caps) using 3× funds. 3) Otherwise it puts ~98% in the most beaten‑down of consumer‑staples stocks, investment‑grade bonds, or diversified commodities (no K‑1), and ~2% long/short long‑Treasuries.
CheckmarkValue prop
Adaptive, rules-based approach: cash in volatility spikes, levered equity in favorable regimes, defensives otherwise. No K-1; diversification beyond SP500. OOS: 22.7% vs 32.2% in SPY; Sharpe 0.66 vs 1.44.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
