A rules-based, daily strategy: flee to T‑Bills if market fear spikes; otherwise hold either momentum leaders among big U.S. stocks or a momentum mix of commodities and bonds, based on whether bonds are beating T‑Bills.

Each day it checks a “fear gauge” ETF (VIXY). Using RSI (a speedometer of recent price moves), if VIXY’s RSI > 75, it parks in cash-like T‑Bills (BIL). If not, it compares 60‑day returns of broad bonds (BND) vs T‑Bills. If bonds win, it buys the recent top 3 stocks from each of the S&P 500, Nasdaq‑100, and Dow lists. If not, it splits between top‑trend commodity ETFs and bond ETFs. Lists update as indexes change.
