This strategy is a fast-moving market timer. It usually wants aggressive tech-related funds, especially leveraged Nasdaq and semiconductor funds. But first it checks for danger: if the market looks too overheated or panicky, it can switch into fear-related funds, bearish bets, short-term bonds, gold, or U.S. dollar funds.
