It watches a 10‑day “hot/cold” score for the S&P 500 (RSI, 0–100). If it’s extremely hot (>80), it moves into UVXY (a volatility fund that can pop if stocks wobble). If very cold (<30), it goes aggressive with UPRO (3× S&P). If slightly hot (75–80), it parks in BIL (T‑bills). Otherwise, it holds an equal mix of MSFT, JPM, STT, BLK, WMT, BRK/B, TSLA, NVDA, AAPL.
