About

An aggressive, rules-based portfolio using leveraged ETFs: turbo S&P 500 core, gold/volatility hedge, sector winners, large-cap value tilt, and commodity trend filters that switch to cash when trends weaken.
NutHow it works
Your money is split into 5 parts: 1) a turbocharged S&P 500 core (UPRO). 2) A crash/inflation hedge using gold and a volatility fund, giving more to the calmer one. 3) Sector winners: regularly hold the 2 fastest‑rising leveraged sectors (~10‑month trend). 4) Large‑cap value funds, giving more to steadier ones. 5) Commodities (oil, gold, ag, metals, uranium, timber, energy): only held if they’ve risen over ~2 months; otherwise move that slice to a cash‑like ETF (SHV).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this rules-based, multi-asset strategy beats the S&P 500 on risk-adjusted terms: Sharpe ~1.79 vs ~1.38, annualized ~32% vs ~22%, drawdown ~16.5% vs ~18.8%, Calmar ~1.96. Diversified sleeves balance growth and risk.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
