A tactical, high‑octane plan that rides semiconductor booms (SOXL/SMH), flips to defense when overheated (SOXS, gold, short ETFs), and uses the US dollar and Treasury ETFs as a market thermostat. A small sleeve holds COST/UNH when conditions are calm.

Goal: ride semiconductor rallies, dodge selloffs, and hedge with the dollar and gold using an RSI heat gauge (0–100: high=hot, low=cold). It gauges risk by comparing Treasury ETFs to high‑beta stocks. Risk‑on → SOXL/SMH; too hot → SOXS or gold (UGL) or shorts (SH/PSQ). Strong US$ → UUP/USDU; else rotate into DBC (commodities) and SOXL. A small sleeve buys COST/UNH unless overheated; cash sits in BIL (T‑bills).
