This strategy is an aggressive market-timer. It watches 3 high-octane stock funds: TQQQ (big tech), SPXL (S&P 500), and SOXL (chip stocks). If one has jumped too far too fast, it buys UVXY, a fund that often rises when markets panic. If one has fallen hard, it buys that fund for a rebound. Otherwise, it checks stock and bond trends to decide between owning all 3 stock funds equally or hiding in BIL, a cash-like T-bill fund.
