Daily playbook: 1) If volatility is running hot, buy an ETF that rises when the S&P 500 falls (SPXU). 2) Else, if the Nasdaq fell >3% in 5 days, park in short‑term Treasuries (SCHO); only add some 3× Nasdaq (TQQQ) when the 10–20 day damage is deep, and avoid +5% rebound days. 3) Else, average 5 long‑trend tests (200–600 days): if stocks beat commodities, go risk‑on (3× S&P via UPRO, or the best of bonds/USD/Treasuries/SPY/gold); otherwise hold commodities (PDBC).
