This strategy constantly asks: are markets calm or stressed, and are interest rates rising or falling? If market fear is very high, it either hides in very short-term bonds/cash-like funds or makes a limited bullish stock bet if trends still look healthy. Otherwise, it spreads money across stocks, bonds, and commodities—but changes what it owns based on recent trends. It leans into stocks and long bonds when conditions are favorable, and shifts toward the U.S. dollar, defensive sectors, or funds that rise when stocks or long-term bonds fall when rates are climbing.
