Splits your money across 4 rule sets focused on TQQQ (tries to triple the Nasdaq‑100’s daily move; very tech‑heavy). Core idea: ride uptrends, cut risk when trends weaken or fear/overheating appears. Signals used: SPY’s 200‑day avg (big trend), TQQQ’s 20‑day avg (near‑term), RSI (0–100 “heat” gauge), recent 5–10 day returns, and volatility. When strong: hold TQQQ/TECL/SOXL. When weak or fear spikes: use SQQQ (inverse 3x Nasdaq) or bonds; brief UVXY only on panic spikes.
