About

A tech‑heavy, rule‑based system built around TQQQ. It rides uptrends, but when markets overheat or weaken it flips to hedges (SQQQ/UVXY) or Treasuries/bonds. Uses simple signals: long‑term trend (200‑day), short‑term trend (20‑day), RSI, and quick return spikes.
NutHow it works
1) Check market trend: is the S&P 500 (SPY) above its 200‑day average? If yes = “risk‑on”; if no = “risk‑off.” 2) Risk‑on: mainly hold TQQQ (3x Nasdaq). If moves get too hot (RSI > ~80) or spike fast, briefly flip to UVXY (fear fund) or step aside. Buy some tech/semis on dips (RSI < ~31). 3) Risk‑off: hedge with SQQQ (3x inverse Nasdaq) or use Treasuries/short‑term bonds. Use TQQQ’s 20‑day trend and RSI (0–100: <30 sold‑off, >80 very hot) to time entries/exits.
CheckmarkValue prop
Potentially massive upside in tech-driven uptrends with out-of-sample annualized returns ~66% vs S&P 500 ~22%, using hedges to curb losses. But expect higher volatility and drawdowns near ~50%, requiring risk tolerance beyond the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
