A high-risk, tactical strategy that buys market dips, otherwise owns the strongest trends across a mixed asset basket, with a separate bond bet and an emergency defensive mode when tech looks overheated.
NutHow it works
This strategy first checks whether the market looks extremely overheated or sharply beaten down using a simple “recent temperature” gauge. If tech looks too hot, it moves mostly to Treasury bills and a small volatility hedge. If tech or the broad market has just fallen hard, it buys the dip using leveraged stock funds plus a defensive consumer-staples fund. Otherwise, it puts 70% into the 4 strongest assets from a mixed basket based on the last 150 days, and 30% into a bond trade that goes bullish or bearish on long-term U.S. Treasury bonds.

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
