This strategy splits money across 4 similar mini-strategies focused on TQQQ, a fund that aims to move about 3x the Nasdaq-100. It usually wants to own fast-growing U.S. tech, but it checks for danger first: Is the broad market healthy? Has tech risen too far too fast? Is fear spiking? Based on those signals, it rotates among bullish tech funds, bearish funds that rise when Nasdaq falls, a volatility fund, or safer bond funds.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
