This strategy splits money across 4 mini-strategies. Most of the time it leans hard into fast-moving U.S. stocks, especially big-tech funds like TQQQ. It checks whether markets look strong, weak, overheated, or panicky using simple health tests: Is price above its long-term trend? Has it fallen hard recently? Has it risen too fast? When conditions look good, it buys aggressive stock funds. When markets look stressed, it can shift into gold, Treasury bonds, the U.S. dollar, cash-like bond funds, or even funds that rise when tech stocks fall or volatility jumps.

Out-of-sample edge: ~25.28% annualized return vs SPY ~20.49%, Calmar ≈1.01. Captures tech rallies while hedging risk, aiming for higher upside with disciplined risk management.
