About

A daily-rebalanced, high-leverage bet that switches between Nvidia-focused ETFs (long or short) based on RSI momentum, and a top pick among five MicroStrategy/Coinbase leveraged bets using moving-average performance. Extremely aggressive and not suitable for all investors.
NutHow it works
- Every day, the system splits capital into two halves (cash-equal) and evaluates two broad themes: Nvidia-related bets and a smaller set of crypto/tech bets (MSTR and COIN). - Nvidia block (NVDA-themed): It looks at two kinds of Nvidia bets that react 2x to NVDA moves: one that bets against NVDA (short) and two that bet for Nvidia (long). It compares the momentum of the long Nvidia ETFs to the momentum of the short Nvidia ETF using a momentum score called the Relative Strength Index (RSI) over a 10-day window. If the long-NVDA momentum is stronger (RSI of the long ETF is higher than the RSI of the short ETF), the strategy considers two Nvidia exposure options that ride Nvidia’s moves on the long side (NVDL and NVDX). If not, it still focuses on Nvidia-related options but follows the same long-option pair (NVDL or NVDX). - Tesla-like bets exist in parallel (via related blocks) but the core Nvidia decision dictates one side of the NVDA-RSI branch. (Note: The exact Tesla-specific assets appear in the code as a parallel chain; the description below focuses on Nvidia to illustrate the mechanism.) - Crypto/Tech block (MSTR/COIN): If the Nvidia momentum condition is not active (or as a secondary rule in the logic), the system switches to a ranking-based choice among five leveraged or inverse bets on MSTR (MicroStrategy) and COIN (Coinbase): these are two leverage levels for MSTR (MSTU, MSTX) and its inverse (MSTZ), and two levered COIN bets (CONL, CONI). The system computes a 20-day moving-average return for each candidate and picks the single best performer (the "top" asset) to own that day. - Additional filtering logic exists that uses a very short-term return check for the MSTR-related side (a 1-day cumulative return compared to a -6% threshold) to decide whether to consider the MSTR/COIN ranked group or to keep re-evaluating the Nvidia-based path. - The portfolio is rebalanced daily, so every day you recompute which asset to own based on the above rules and adjust holdings accordingly. The end result is a highly concentrated, daily-adjusted bet on a single instrument chosen from Nvidia, MSTR, and COIN leveraged products. - In short: it’s a momentum-driven, daily-chosen, highly-leveraged bet that alternates between Nvidia bets and a ranked crypto/tech bets group, with a cash-allocation mechanism and a strict top-pick rule to decide which instrument to hold each day.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: a daily-levered momentum strategy on Nvidia and crypto/tech leaders, targeting ~55% annualized return vs ~15% S&P, with Sharpe ~0.99 and Calmar ~0.75. High risk: drawdowns up to ~74%, but potential outsized gains.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
