Daily switches among VOO, SPUU (2x S&P), QYLD (income Nasdaq), TQQQ (3x Nasdaq), CURE (3x Healthcare), or UVXY (volatility) using RSI bands: overheating → UVXY; strong → leverage; tech oversold → TQQQ; middling → QYLD; weak → VOO.

Each day it checks if US stocks look overheated or oversold using RSI (a 0–100 speedometer of recent gains/losses). - If SPY/QQQ look very hot, it buys UVXY (jumps when volatility spikes). - If the S&P 500 is very strong, it buys CURE (3x Healthcare). - If tech is washed out, it buys TQQQ (3x Nasdaq). - Else: weak → VOO; middling → QYLD (income); fairly strong → SPUU (2x S&P).
