About
Daily, all-in on one asset: fade extreme Nasdaq heat or crash bounces by shorting semis (SOXS); short the S&P 500 when fear surges (SPXU); otherwise own the strongest of MSFT/NVDA/XOM by a 40‑day strength score. Uses risky 3x ETFs.
Each day it holds one thing. It checks simple “strength” scores (RSI: a 0–100 read of recent ups vs downs) and short-term drops.
1) If a 3x Nasdaq fund (TQQQ) is extremely hot, it bets against chipmakers via SOXS (3x inverse).
2) If TQQQ just fell ~13% in 6 days: after a huge 1‑day bounce (>6%) it again uses SOXS; otherwise it buys NVDA (NVIDIA).
3) If no extremes: if a volatility fund (VIXM) shows rising fear, it shorts the S&P 500 via SPXU (3x inverse); else it buys the strongest of MSFT (Microsoft), NVDA, or XOM (Exxon Mobil) over 40 days.
Out-of-sample edge: ~82% annualized return, Sharpe ~1.62, Calmar ~3.65 vs SPY ~23% return, Sharpe ~1.37. Regime-switching with 3x inverse ETFs aims for higher upside and stronger risk-adjusted growth (with higher risk).
