Each day, the strategy first checks whether markets look calm or stressed using a volatility fund (VIXY) and long-term Treasury bonds (TLT). In calm periods, it leans heavily into aggressive bets like leveraged tech (TQQQ), leveraged gold miners (JNUG), or bitcoin (GBTC), while keeping a smaller slice in gold, bitcoin, and cash-like T-bills. In stressed periods, it shifts to a milder mix: one beaten-down blue-chip stock plus whichever is strongest among gold, bitcoin, or long bonds.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
