About

A daily, tactical sleeve that flips between crash protection (UVXY/BTAL), rebound plays (TQQQ/UPRO), a focused nuclear‑energy basket in uptrends, and mostly short Nasdaq (SQQQ/PSQ) in downtrends, using simple overheated/washed‑out and trend signals.
NutHow it works
Each day it asks: 1) Are big stock indexes overheated (a short-term speedometer called RSI is very high)? If yes, buy UVXY (jumps when fear/volatility spikes), sometimes with BTAL (defensive long/short). 2) Are they washed out (RSI very low)? If yes, buy rebound funds TQQQ/UPRO (3x bulls). 3) Otherwise, if the long-term trend is up, own a small basket of nuclear-energy stocks/ETF; if down, mostly short the Nasdaq via SQQQ/PSQ, with occasional longs if trends and bonds improve.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample proof: Sharpe 1.55 vs 0.90, alpha 1.18%, Calmar 3.27, and outsized returns (~192% OOS vs ~16% SPX). A crash hedge, rebound bets, and a nuclear-energy tilt aim to beat the S&P with smarter risk control.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
