(3) Otherwise use SPY vs its 200‑day: Bull → top‑3 nuclear names (SMR,BWXT,LEU,EXC,NLR,OKLO) by 3‑mo momentum, risk‑weighted; Bear → SQQQ/PSQ/QQQ/TQQQ via bond/RSI cues. High risk.
