About
Aggressive, rules‑based swing strategy: piles into 3x tech/S&P/Dow/semis in uptrends, but cuts risk fast when markets overheat or drop—using cash‑like bills, inverse Nasdaq, and volatility funds. If bonds lead, it rotates to long bonds or the USD for defense.
It’s an on/off switch for risk. When stocks trend up calmly, it rides turbo‑charged funds tied to tech, semis, the S&P 500 or the Dow (e.g., TQQQ, SOXL, TECL, SPXL/UPRO, UDOW). If prices run too hot or drop fast, it quickly hedges using cash‑like T‑bills (BIL), an inverse Nasdaq fund (SQQQ), or a “fear” fund (UVXY) that pops when volatility spikes. If bonds look stronger than stocks, it shifts to long bonds (TMF) or the U.S. dollar (UUP). It uses a hot/cold score (RSI), short‑term returns, and trends to switch.
Out-of-sample, this strategy delivers strong risk-adjusted upside: ~59% annualized return, Sharpe ~1.22, Calmar ~1.75. It leverages during rallies and switches to hedges in stress, aiming for higher risk-adjusted gains than the S&P.
