It’s a daily switch. It uses a short‑term “hot/cold” score (RSI: 0=very cold, 100=very hot). - If stocks look too hot, buy a volatility spike fund (UVXY). - If tech looks washed out, buy 3x tech (TECL). - If tech just plunged, hold diversifiers (DBMF, oil, bearish funds). - If long bonds are tumbling, use inverse‑bond funds/cash‑like. - Else, if bonds look stronger than stocks/short‑ETFs, contrarian‑buy beaten‑down 3x bull sectors; otherwise sit in T‑Bills (BIL).
