This strategy constantly asks: “Is the market overheated, falling hard, or relatively calm?” If stocks look unusually stretched, it buys UVXY, a fund that tends to rise when fear spikes. If markets are shaky, it shifts into hedges like inverse stock funds or managed futures. If conditions look better, it buys 1–2 of the strongest aggressive stock-sector funds, mostly leveraged tech, market, and sector bets. If the signals are weak, it parks in BIL, a cash-like T-bill fund.
