A tactical, risk‑on/risk‑off strategy. In uptrends it concentrates in strong tech via 3x ETFs and top mega‑caps; when conditions worsen or look overheated, it rotates into Treasuries, T‑Bills, dollar, anti‑beta, and VIX hedges. High risk and fast‑moving.

First it decides risk‑on or risk‑off by checking the market’s long‑term trend (is the S&P 500 above its 200‑day average?). Risk‑on: it rides the strongest areas—mainly big tech/semis—via 3x funds (TQQQ, SPXL, SOXL) and sometimes the top mega‑cap stock. If prices look overheated (RSI≈80, a speedometer of recent moves), it briefly buys UVXY for protection. Risk‑off: it shifts to Treasuries (TMF/TMV), T‑Bills (SHV/BIL), the US dollar (UUP), market‑neutral BTAL, and mixes VIX funds (SVXY/VIXM). Many safety checks keep rotating. These tools are very volatile.
